For Berliners, cream puffs and Co. I would give 10 stars! For that very, very unfriendly Staff not even 1/2 star. It's a shame that the owner doesn't care.

The Berliners are really tasty, fresh and crispy too! You can tell that the Berliners were prepared with love. We are regular customers there and personally I don't know of any shop that sells better Berliners. Deserved 5 stars !!!

After waiting 40 minutes in front of the door, on December 30th, The staff explained succinctly that pre-orders in Berlin were no longer possible for December 31st. Only a hand-written, old paper plate on the counter indicated this! I met with complete incomprehension on the part of the staff when I did not agree to buy the Berliner Berliner immediately in order to store them in the refrigerator for 36 hours before consumption. No Berliner can be so good that you submit to this procedure. Some retailers don't even use the opportunity to serve their customers competently and in a friendly manner during Corona times. Pity!

We love to come here again and again to eat ice cream. Price and performance are great and the ice cream creations are simply great. I guess that no preservatives are used, as the containers are never filled over the edge (above it thaws) and it melts very quickly. I think that's great. See you next time 😉
