The selection of teas is great ... cups rather modern 🧐
We have been here many times and the shopping experience depends very much on the staff.
As another customer said, the tea is excellent, but the knowledge can be expanded.
I also had the feeling that I was more of a disruptive factor than a customer - in 2020 it simply won't work.
Also very interesting: Senior citizens are served primarily and with particular courtesy.
Super shop. Competent and friendly.
I've been satisfied for years
We bought tea here for over 50 euros today and when we left the store we found that we had misused one type and taken too much. We turned around to ask if a refund or exchange would be possible. After the boss spoke on the phone, we were told that reimbursement for card payments was not possible, but the boss would make an exception. In the car, we found that we were paid 10 euros too little. Absolutely incompetent and insincere. The first and last visit for us.
Great teashop in the heart of Bad Schwartau with a very good selection of different teas and their mixtures. I especially liked that in all eight packages was more in it, as ordered.
A point deduction is only because the expertise of my operation is definitely still expandable, - questions about the water temperature for the preparation of green tea would have to sit.
Nevertheless, the tea blends I took with me were very good and I am looking forward to ordering them online again in the future.
