Wait 4 weeks for my down payment car to get TÜV and approval. Really lousy customer service!

Urgently needed a small car after an accident. This dealer is very friendly and fair. I got an Opel, TÜV was new, unfortunately the car caused big problems after 3 days, I stayed on the highway on the way to vacation, I immediately called the dealer and described my problem. 2 hours later I was able to continue my vacation trip with his private car (an almost new one). I had bought my previously bought car from him 3 years earlier and there were no problems with it. This time it was just bad luck. Now I can test drive different cars for a few days and then decide whether I want my money back or whether I will choose another alternative. I'm now driving a Fiat Seicento, small but very good. From Monday I will test a Peugeot for 3 days, it is a bit bigger and higher in the entry. Then I will decide. This dealer is very fair, I can only recommend it for a good, cheap used one.
