If you could give negative stars, that would be optimal. The car should have an inspection and TÜV. Suddenly the repair necessary for the TÜV sticker should cost 6000 euros. Another workshop did that for 1000 euros and just shook his head at the cost estimates. The negative climax and expression of arrogant inability is that the car is allegedly losing oil - they had to refill a liter after 15,000 kilometers - and therefore the engine has to be completely dismantled. You would have seen traces of oil from above. The problem was very simple. At some point when refilling, a little oil went wrong ... the other workshop took a professional look at the problem from below, wiped it away once and then gave the car a test run ... control, no oil loss under heavy loads ... what do you want from Expect a workshop that cannot even pick up a rag to see if there are other explanations as part of the previous inspection, but write cost estimates of € 2,000 for replacing a sealing ring immediately and without checking can. Never again...
Been on site twice and ignored it. Had questions about the new car and had to look for someone, but my questions could not be answered and a sample car was not on site.
