The purchase contract was processed quickly. The unanswered questions could not be answered when the vehicle was handed over. The vehicle (used vehicle) had to go to the workshop several times in 4 months. The second time for a week. The employee could not show me to the replacement car. She doesn't know anything about MINI vehicles. Unfavorable when a car dealership puts its focus on MINI. Likewise, due to all the complaints, when the replacement vehicle was returned, they were treated disrespectfully. They also tried to talk their way out of everything and shift the blame somewhere else. If you sell bad things, you have to stand by it. There is still a star for the processing of the purchase contract, because this was okay.

Here you are absolutely not given a good feeling as a buyer. If you “nod off” the price of a used car, everything is fine, otherwise you will be treated very arrogantly. I can only agree with the assessment of chauvinistic behavior. I am surprised that something is being sold here at all. Impossible Seller (GF).

Today we had to bring our mini to "emergency" and were received immediately. After a short test drive and a look under the hood, the mechanic gave the all-clear - and didn't charge a cent for all his efforts and explanations. The windshield wipers were briefly exchanged, paid for and we were back on the road. Absolutely top service!

A dealership that I can only recommend. The entire car purchase worked smoothly and reliably from start to finish. From the reception to the service, the exchange of the old car, to the registration and collection. Since I have already had negative experiences with other dealers, I let my trusted workshop check the car again after the purchase and they were absolutely delighted with the condition and the services provided beforehand. From now on my favorite car dealership!
