Been to this dealership for the second time. Every time no salesperson was motivated enough to advise me. Either everyone was on the break, making coffee, or sitting in their chairs, thinking it inappropriate to greet me. I think this behavior is absolutely arrogant and not appropriate, I think a seller gets a commission after all? -this should be interesting after the sale of a Golf GTI with a full hut?

I brought my car for inspection for the 2nd time. After my first experience wasn't particularly good, this time I am utterly disappointed. In a nutshell: rental car not as agreed, agreed work not carried out, new windscreen wipers (2 months old) had to be replaced again, vehicle was handed over dirty from the inside and outside, no feedback - consultation on the work carried out etc.etc. A trustful work looks very different!

Probably the most competent service workshop in Lübeck for vehicles from Audi. After we were sent away during our vacation with an engine fault at another service dealer in Lübeck with a "We don't see any error in the car key's error memory", we were able to receive professional help immediately as a second point of contact. The car is immediately connected to the diagnosis and the fault memory is read out. After a quick troubleshooting it was clear that we had bad luck with a marten. We could leave our car here for repairs right away. The first impression of the service advisor was not disappointing. Our defective vehicle was in the best of hands here and we were able to enjoy our holiday until the end. Many thanks to the exemplary service
