They really some customer service upgrade. After my own car had breakdown I needed a rental car. So I rented at Starcar for 3 days as recommend. Own car was repaired earlier. But no refund was offered when returning rental car 1 day earlier.
So I will not use Starcar again and I cannot recommend this rental service. 👎
Rented a car for one week. Staff were quick and efficient, the return was quick. If looking to rent a car in summer, recommend reserving a few weeks ahead of time for the best choice.
Great and fair. Good place to rent a car never disappointed me so far
NOTE 1+! We needed a van at short notice and we were completely satisfied. Since we should simply pay too much in advance at another rental company (hidden costs) and we decided against it, we came across Starcar. We have never received a van so quickly and easily. The van is brand new and very comfortable. Price-performance ratio great and the very nice staff should also be praised. Should we ever need one again, then only here.
Top service. All promises kept. Very accommodating. Very friendly staff. The borrowed Sprinter was in very good condition. Any time.
