Worst customer service ever!!! No German call center!!! Withdraw 400 euros deposit and were telling me that I will get it back 3 to 4 days after I return the car...nothing happend. I called europcar call center (in Kosovo) they told me it can take up to 10 days. After another 11 days I called again and they said maybe another 3 days. Now another week later Europcar has another 100.97 euros withdrawn but my deposit has still not been paid back. If you want a great service and value for money go and hire with Enterprise! DON'T waist your money and time with Europcar!!! If I could i would give negative stars to Europcar!!!

I can only give this review because by the time and day we arrived,the location was closed and there was no personnel, no signs of where to drop off the car or/and keys. Clean place and well kept back and pedestrian space.

I have a terrible experience, when I booked car I couldnt even dream that this can happen... I rent a car in Berlin, on the airport. I rent for one day(24h) and I payed 143€ and 300€ deposit...I supose to bring car back at 19:00(7pm), I brought car at 12:30...After 2 days when I supose to receive deposit back I didnt, instead they charged me for one more additional day... When I went to complain about this, first they told me that they cant do nothing about that and they gave me number to call, after I realized that I cant get nothing with this call I asked them again for a help and they delete everything without apologayze for their mistake...And they said we make now 1 day, u ll pay only 1 day and they said in 2 days deposit will be back on your count...For all of this I needed to call my girlfriend who is from Germany that they can explain to her cause even if its international company personality was very bad with english speaking, and even more bad with customer service which was worst and most terrible think in this situation, especially curly hair lady(without name tag) gave terrible customer service to me and to my girlfriend also... And on the top of the everything 3 days after I didnt get money back, on the end after 3 DAYS THEY CHARGED ME AROUND 600€ FOR I DONT KNOW WHAT! I CALLED MAIN OFFICE TODAY AND I M STILL WAITING FOR ANSWER AND THEY SAID THEY GONNA MAIL ME....

Efficient and friendly. One of the staff dropped me off at the train station. Happy customer.
