they call themselves the European rental leader, i think European joking leader. Due to a damage on the car, I have to wait for the repair invoice for half year and still not getting it.
SIMPLE ADVICE: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM BUCHBINDER.
Never use this company.
First they do not send you the confirmation with the prices so you know what to expect. When you calls for it they do not forward, only say that they have sent it.
Then they give you a car with wintertyres when there is 40’C (not all season tyres) and do not react when you give them the information during the rental, not anything afterwards, replying to the emails with a question without sense, promise to pay back for some of the rental but do not do it etc. I have been worries driving back and forth to Italy with a car that has tyres like jello, spending more time because you had to drive slow, spent more money on fuel because of the
They do not reply to the contact form on their webpage either.
For you own safety, find a serious rental company. Buchbinder Lübeck is not serious.
