Always fast and clean. No problems yet
I am very unsatisfied with their services and online booking
I was stuffed when I booked a car from another rental and they only accepted credit card. Walked by Enterprise and tried my luck here.
Although the staff had difficulty speaking English and I had difficulty speaking German, they were more than happy to help with my last minute walk in rental.
Even though their cars were fully booked at this branch, they quickly tried another branch to find me a car and even sent me over to collect the car. The price was fair as I was under the age of 25. Very transparent transaction, everything was explained in detail.
Definitely would come again to rent a car when I need to.
Horrible customer service, classic example for the bad customer service Germany is known for.
