It is probably not wanted that we shop here. The seller is on the phone and laughing. See us 10 times and make no move to cash us. Thanks and never again

Here friendliness and helpfulness for customers is very important. One is not left alone, is well advised and if something is not available, the staff try to get it for you. Even if the way for me is further than to Eutin, I prefer to drive to Lübeck / Ikea. Big praise to the staff there.

We were there this week. Me and my husband were at the cash register and wanted to pay. Shortly thereafter, another lady turned up, who also wanted to pay. The cashier was in the cashier area with a colleague on the phone. Shortly thereafter, she said to the colleague that she should wait briefly, as she once had to cash in on the customers. But instead of collecting us then she preferred to call for a very long time. When she was finally finished, neither an apology for the long wait nor anything else came. 👎 You could overhear the conversation and the topics that were discussed, even after the cashier could be discussed further.
