I will never shop here again.
Very rude and overbearing staff. Today I was in the Luvcenter Lübeck to pick up my returned goods and was treated so rudely there that it no longer occurred to me to do this. I then drove to Citti Park and was given very friendly and competent advice in the local toy store. I can only recommend everyone to go to Moisling.
Online shopping is great! Despite Corona and the delivery delays from other providers, we received the toy very quickly and are very satisfied with it. So far the first point of contact for us. The toys for Easter and Christmas were always delivered completely and reliably. We were not in the local branch.
We bought a new child seat for the car. After a quick and good consultation, we decided on a model. Unfortunately, this was no longer available. The seller offered us to take the exhibit. Without asking, he told us a significantly discounted price, which reinforced our positive impression. We would love to come back.
Broken parts of my online order were exchanged without complaint ... Very friendly staff.
I will definitely not shop here again. The sorting is unruly and the in-store advertising for 20% on toys is a joke. Only at the checkout it becomes really clear that it is only valid from € 35. In itself, the condition is OK if it is clearly formulated and not somewhere in the small print. No wonder that online shops like Amazon are digging the water out of these stores. I won't be back.
