We were there on Tuesday afternoon in the branch and are totally satisfied. We were advised in great detail by the employee in relation to child car seats. She took a lot of time and presented all the models that we could consider. Unfortunately, the successor model of a seat that we didn't want in the shop was but we could order the one in the market and it would be sent home free of charge.
Not recommendable! Failed the third time for us in service. Ordering strollers and child seats were a disaster and were later partially canceled. Now defective child seat and employee could not give any questions about the procedure of the exchange. In the future, we will prefer to buy from local small shops.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the opinion that has already been mentioned several times that the business is totally understaffed. No matter whether during the week, in the morning or in the afternoon, you wait at least 20 minutes on the upper floor each time until you can get a consultation. Since there is only one employee there, you do not have the opportunity to ask a short question when she is in a consultation.
When you get advice, it is unfortunately not brilliant. One time I was sold a completely wrong rain cover for our stroller, although I pointed out several times which model it was.
Another time, when we wanted to order a child seat, the saleswoman didn't even know that they had the child seat in their range.
It is very, very unfortunate that the staff there is unfortunately so overwhelmed and that their competence certainly suffers.
Bad advice. Then better order online.
Not recommended on Saturday. Sold friendly, but totally understaffed. 45 minutes waiting time to find out that the item on display is not available.
At the cash register there are 2 employees with no visible employment. When asked if they can help us, they refer to the overwhelmed staff on the upper floor. Doesn't work .......
So better visit in the morning of the week.
