Take a look at Ernsting's Family often. Was there today spontaneously and to browse a bit, I also found a little thing. Call the employee (Monday 20.07.20 at 18:30) that I would like to pay, the good lady came from the camp no hello - no goodbye. I know customer friendliness differently. What a shame.....

Preferably less than a star ...... Unfortunately I met a very insolent and rude saleswoman there. To a nice question there was a snappy answer that I wasn't even looked at. No hello, no goodbye. For me, customer orientation and the joy of selling are clearly different. Pity! This shop will be avoided from now on!

Since I have a baby, I like to shop there. But I prefer to order online rather than in what I find to be a fairly narrow space. The sellers (2 of them) often seem rather listless and sometimes there is none at the checkout in front. Once I had to wait 10 minutes. Otherwise, but nice clothes for baby girls and decoration is always very nice.
