No advantages when making appointments for private patients, what a shame. On the phone, the assumption was made that I would mean that cash patients are treated worse than private patients. But that's a difference. Maybe train reception again.

After a long search and panicky fear of the dentist, after many years I can finally go to the dentist again without fear. I had to make a detour over 4 attempts at other dentists, who I didn't like, in order to finally find what I was looking for! The calm, serenity and understanding are exactly what I lacked in many others. The technical results are also impeccable - thanks for that!
