I was there for the first time today and have nothing to complain about. I received a friendly welcome and didn't have to wait long. The examination was thorough and the doctor took time for me. I felt very well looked after.

2 points, because the technical answer was good, but I felt comfortable with Dr. Butcher is not at all comfortable. Practice room unclean. Reception staff nice.

I have to join the others here. Competence is something else. I couldn't describe my problem from which I suffer because I was interrupted after 3 sentences. I was by no means taken seriously. When I left the practice, I felt worse than before. In and out bye. Waste of life. Cash patients are just not the cash cow. It's a shame when you come with a stressful problem and experience something like that. I have now switched to another dermatologist.

I have had very bad experiences with Dr. Butcher made! Almost impossible to reach by phone, either busy or nobody answers. I tried for 2 weeks at different times during the consultation and had no success. The finding took forever and had to telephone several times afterwards for weeks. As for an appointment that would not even last 5 minutes for medication, the practice is completely inflexible and not willing to put someone in between, despite my flexibility through vacation. This practice is not recommended!

no thanks ......... never again: ((( the doctor kept leaving the consulting room. suspected white cancer said the "doctor" to questions she responded with the words * later *. a biopsy was performed there too, my questions were not answered. i am of the opinion that if cancer is suspected, i as a patient should be adequately informed. that is and was not the case. During my visit today to pull the strings, I spoke to the "doctor" again. The answer was she would have informed me sufficiently, but that was not the case. When I told her to stop the treatment, she left the operating room. Conclusion: I no longer trust this doctor. i come as a patient and not as a number. the "doctors oath states" I take the time necessary for the conversation and for the human encounter with the patients and their relatives and speak to them in an understandable and appropriate way; I consider the well-being of my patients a priority, respect their rights and help them make informed decisions;
