Today I was back at Dr. Melloh in the naturopathic consultation hour, because he had already helped me several times after having performed the tongue diagnosis and the pulse diagnosis. Dr. Melloh listens very carefully, thinks along and asks specific questions. I like that he combines conventional medicine with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). So he looks at the complaints of his patients from both sides. The teas then prescribed and specially compiled for my symptoms in combination with the acupuncture performed by him always help me pretty quickly, namely after a few days.

Information policy is inadequate. I asked about the mandatory evidence of measles. After the measles titer determination, no response for six weeks (!!) Then one clear day an invoice came in .... ok, invoice, but what about the test result? In the invoice over 60 euros, among others the billing of a "vegetative functional diagnosis" for an appointment when I was not in the practice ............... - No clarification possible over the phone. Just trying desperately to blame me because I hadn't made another appointment to discuss the result. Should I make an appointment? Well, maybe they should have told me that. I then received a new invoice (without any indication that the old one is obsolete). The invoice item "vegetative functional diagnostics" has disappeared from the invoice, it was allegedly deleted out of "goodwill". In an otherwise completely counterfactual letter from the doctor personally then later the admission that it was an ERROR on the part of the practice. So first a goodwill and then a mistake? Of course, not a word in the letter from the doctor that was written by him as a reaction to the local Google review. On the same date as the measles titer sample was taken, I wanted to have a corona test because there were several cases at my workplace with which I had indirect contact (people who were in a group with the infected, were also in my work group). In practice it was said: no testing without symptoms. Ok, I have described the situation again and asked whether it might not be possible in some way and that under the given circumstances I do not understand it if there is no testing. I should wait a moment. Consultation with the doctor is necessary. He could decide. OK. Waited half an hour. Then the info: yes, the test can be done. The tube has been labeled and I'm sitting on the chair, ready to take the test, but just to be on the safe side, ask again whether the insurance will pay for it. No, you can't say that for sure. What does the test cost? 150 euros approx .. Uh, ok, then I don't want a test either. Paradoxically, I was also accused of wasting effort in preparing the test. Well, then you just have to inform properly beforehand.
