So far, employees were nice and everything was found. However, I don't like the fact that extra stands are set up inside the entrance area, which make it almost impossible to keep your distance. Nevertheless, customers were asked to wait at the entrance when the shop was full, which I think is good.

A place where you can get a lot, but where the atmosphere is not great. I find the DM branches a lot more appealing, also when it comes to the products. But every now and then there are quite good offers here. The staff is usually friendly and courteous. It's clean so far too.

Due to the coronavirus, I have been buying more from Rossmann lately than from dm. I have Rossmann two streets away and you're in town.

So far, I've only had good experiences and I find shopping in this Rossmann very pleasant. The star deduction is there for what I experienced today: I was at the till around 3 p.m. and the cashier showed me extremely unfriendly behavior! After I inserted my card incorrectly, I couldn't please her any more and she showed me with every reaction she was annoyed with me and that she thought I was a bit stupid. But I would like to emphasize again that I have not experienced anything comparable to date and that I will be very happy to visit this Rossmann in the future.
