Surreal story ahead: I went to this store and while I was purchasing a product, a lady carrying a shopping cart wanted to pass but I was blocking her way; I was absorbed in picking the right product and when I saw her, I immediately move my cart on the side and she passes. Forgot to mention, I was !quietly! speaking with my family who was in Greece (I was speaking in Greek). What a pointless story, right? NO! To my surprise, an older woman working in the store suddenly ATTACKS me saying: “Have you come here to buy something or to speak on the phone”? Well, I assume she wouldn’t be working there if she was a candidate for the mental clinic and therefore, my logic assumption is the following: Because I was speaking Greek? Seriously? I would NEVER expect that such racist “humans” still exist. This is beyond my comprehension. Take some pills lady.

In itself a large, well-stocked shop. The downside here, however, is the staff. Above all, Ms. Steinert (at least I think I read this name on the sign) shows you no kindness. Unfortunately, the rest of the employees cannot be excluded from this either. Here the management should think carefully about who to hire and how the employees deal with the customers.

I don't understand how the store manager can be so blind to the staff. To this day I have been able to put up with the fact that the staff here would not get a prize for friendliness and service, but today on December 14th at around 2 p.m. I wanted to get something before I went to pick up the children . I came in and the young lady standing at the entrance with the disinfectant in her hand, asked me in a very snotty tone, rather it was an order to take a shopping basket, whether I had any idea about the current situation? . Yes, madam, I have an idea of the current situation, I have included risk patients in my family with my parents and I think that measures are right, but it can also be done in a nicer and more polite tone. As I described above, I have always known that the sellers don't care about the customers, but as a customer you don't have to accept such an aggression either, hence my consequence, I will no longer enter this shop, there is enough other branches too.
