There is a very good assortment in this market, almost everything is always there and if something is missing, it is immediately checked when it comes back to the store or which branch is still available.
The staff is always friendly and warmly chilled, so that you don't get the feeling that you are just one customer of many.
Seldom experienced such friendly and motivated employees at DM. Everyone had a smile on their face, even through masks. Fast processing at the checkout and the normal, large standard range.
First of all, I love dm, and this branch too. However, yesterday, August 21, 2020 at 3:04 p.m. I was treated very badly and unfriendly by a dark-haired cashier at the cash desk. I said hello to her a couple of times, but there was no greeting from her, on the contrary, she was busy the whole checkout process, berating me for my slipped mask. I do not know such behavior from employees and I am very appalled. Too bad.
A great team on site, always friendly, helpful and can not be disturbed.
Solutions and help are also available for inquiries outside the series.
