We got an appointment for a repair of one of our machines very quickly. Geselle was punctual and very friendly. Found the bug quickly and fixed it. Spare parts were not too expensive. Gladly again!

Very disappointing service I have delivered an electric motor for inspection and possibly repair. A nice lady took me in and said that the review lasts 1 week. I said, left my phone number and waited .... And waited. After 10 days, I called Birr and asked. I was told the colleague from the workshop was on vacation, it still takes .... After 25 days I called again to ask how it looks. Unfortunately, nothing was done yet. Next day a nice gentleman called from the workshop and described me the problem of the engine. Price information on the repair can only make the boss (Detlef Rädisch) was told me and so I waited for a call back. After 2 days I called again. The boss now refused the repair, as I have kindly pointed out to him that you do not have to deal with customers. Thanks for NIX Brinkmann
