I was recently at the Abel Flower House. I had to wait outside for almost a quarter of an hour. Not bad in itself, but in my opinion this was mainly due to the fact that the two florists / salespeople present above all were busy chatting (with customers) (even after everything was ready and the customers had paid) and tying bouquets really slower than necessary (as far as I could see, both tied one bouquet at a time). I realize that customer contact is important - nobody wants mass processing, including me. But in my opinion the whole thing could have gone faster, especially since more customers were waiting outside (two left again). Finally it was my turn, my bouquet was tied (by the way, faster than the customer's bouquets before) and it was time to pay. I wanted a bouquet for € 15-20. The saleswoman was also aware of this, as she repeated it in her own words. Ultimately, I got a bouquet for € 25, which I found really inappropriate and cheeky. Of course, I could have said something and refused the bouquet. At that moment, I really didn't feel like waiting any longer or letting my good mood spoil that day. There was nothing wrong with the bouquet itself, it was nicely tied and looked really good.

Hello I gave the flower house a bad rating on the second day of Christmas because I found the prices absolutely overpriced and excessive But what really impressed me was the answer that shows me that the customer's opinion doesn't matter to the business For me it is an exemplary behavior to deal with criticism !!!! But in my case it will never happen to me again that I would give up for a couple of roses or for eight roses and a few golden branches over 40 € for that I would rather go out for dinner with my wife😍

Great floral arrangements, high quality at a reasonable price. Very friendly and competent advice even in the currently difficult time. Power like to come back and stay healthy.
