At the beginning of May 2020, I made a request to the company to get a new armchair upholstered for a certain anniversary (26.05). Furthermore, a suitable foot part and a cover should be made. I was promptly in the Bad Schwartau branch to choose the material. In mid-May I asked about the requested cost estimate and got slightly confusing answers on the phone that I should have received it on a date when the above-mentioned branch visit had not yet taken place. On May 18th I followed up again and I was informed, that the cost estimate on May 14th. by post (until then all correspondence was electronic) to me. But didn't arrive (can happen :-(). Immediately after the phone call, I received the cost estimate electronically (Well, it works!). Price was in the expected range, but the cover was missing in the list. Another callback! Now I was informed that the production of a cover was too time-consuming (couldn't you have discussed that beforehand?). In the course of the phone call I once again emphasized the importance of the cover, as there are cats in the household, and I was told to check the production of a cover again. Answer? Nothing !!! Today (May 29th) the anniversary that was already messed up by CORONA is over, I was left empty-handed and I'm no longer surprised about the services in Germany's service desert. I have now canceled the order, let's see how the competition handles it.

From the offer to the execution of everything top. A couch and an antique chair were very short term and neatly changed. Removal and construction of the couch was done professionally and very carefully. I can recommend the company Trage unrestricted.
