We are very enthusiastic about the patience, advice and complaint handling from Ms. Meister. We have looked for a couch in all possible furniture stores several times, without success. Because we wanted a left backrest instead of a left armrest, it was almost impossible to find a model. With Frau Meister it was not a problem at all. She advised us very well and gave us a lot of time to consider (it always takes a little longer for us). We were able to try everything and in the end we have a really noble couch (favorite piece) that offers everything we wanted. Ms. Meister also has a really good eye for upholstery fabrics (to match the existing furniture). 3 weeks ago we discovered a small mistake in the upholstery fabric (admittedly, I'm a little picky). We contacted Ms. Master and she took care of it immediately. A solution was found within a day and in the meantime we have received a replacement cover (surprisingly we received two new covers). We are very happy and proud of our beautiful, perfect couch. Ms. Meister, if you should read this: Thank you very much

Super great deal with a super experienced saleswoman. Here you get a chair or ottoman that really fits and doesn't sell anything. This business is worth gold my back is doing a lot better. Now we have the right seat and work equipment for the Corona home office. 5 stars 👍
