Almost ready for scrap after 2.5 years because wrong dosage; the factory customer service could only shake his head ... from S. not a word of apology Bought a refrigerator with assembly and taking away the old device for the daughter. Installation allegedly not possible (self-made after looking at the operating instructions), old device not taken ... from S. not a word of apology. We still have a few examples that would go beyond the scope here. Complaint management is different

The new CM6550 coffee machine was defective after less than 4 weeks! The repair should now take 3 weeks. There is no loan or replacement device. Quality and customer service is not. Unfortunately I have to give a star.
