Not exactly cheap, but excellent advice and a competent saleswoman. The children were also entertained, drinks were offered for them, etc. Pleasant shopping and a nice atmosphere. I will gladly come again.

My husband and I bought a new bed system from Struve for almost € 14,000, which was intended for our existing bed. Our bed is under a low pitched roof and the final mattress height may be max. 48/49 cm. The local conditions were also clearly specified with drawings and pictures. A technician also came to us to verify the bed and the planned installation. With the delivery of the bed system came the total frustration. The mattress was now 61 cm high! You constantly hit the sloping roof, and there were also problems with the lying behavior and feel of the mattress, especially the motorized adjustment was not at all suitable for the high mattress. We then sought a conversation with the GF and asked for a reversal, since there was clearly an incorrect advice and selection of the bed system. Mr. Ginap has also admitted "that the spring box with motor is not useful for 30 cm high mattresses" and "this solution is indeed not optimal" for deep sloping ceilings. Struve then offered to take back the spring boxes, but only for 50% of the purchase price. The mattresses cannot be taken back because they are now used. We also had talks with the Schramm company, but all without success. We have lost more than € 10,000 because the bed system cannot be used by us. We are deeply disappointed with the behavior of the Struve company and we are far from an accommodating solution, which unfortunately also put a lot of health strain on my health. ADDENDUM Unfortunately, you cannot reply to their opinion, so we only have one supplement to the post made to correct the owner's answer: Reviews and experience reports are generally a public medium and an objective exchange of arguments can certainly help to clarify. We therefore hoped for an answer from you, but we are speechless that you have twisted the facts in such a way 1) Yes, it is true that a different recipe was recommended to us. The firmness of the mattress (recipe 5) was not criticized by my wife in any way! Rather, it was about the extremely wavy surface, which was already an issue in the consultation. My wife has a skin disease and therefore needs a smooth mattress surface. We have been confirmed that “it would smooth out quickly” and “with a mattress cover you won't notice these waves anymore”. But that was not the case and we asked Struve if the manufacturer could minimize the padding a bit and at the same time make the stitching less tight, so that there are fewer high / low waves. However, Struve suggested changing the recipe because a softer nib would also make the padding smoother. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Your statement is therefore FALSE. The recipe change was NOT wanted by us, but rather a desperate attempt on your part to straighten something. By the way, there are photos and emails with your home about this, so this claim can be clarified with certainty. 2) They claim that a new bed was recommended to us. This claim is also untrue Neither your bed advisor nor your technician said a word about the existing bed, neither that it was too old, nor that we should buy a new one. There was NEVER talk of a new bed. This claim is outrageous and we cannot believe that your staff really confirmed it. Sorry, but you should clarify this internally As a result of this communication, it should be noted that you have hereby clearly admitted your mistake: namely: The Schramm bed system sold to us does not match our bed and the local conditions! So nothing should stand in the way of an accommodating solution. We should indeed continue to communicate outside of the public eye. Kind regards Grasnick family

We wanted to buy new down bedding and were very competent and friendly advice. It took a lot of time to find the right pillow and blanket for us. Quality and good advice have their price. For 08/15 lovers and friends of inferior mass produced certainly the wrong place. But who appreciates good advice and high quality is right here.
