Dr. Cortbus is a master surgeon and an angel on this earth. Both my partner and I had our surgeries for herniated discs there, and I’ve never been treated with such care, compassion, understanding, and competence before- especially in Germany. The entire staff are helpful and kind. Thank you!!

The doctor treated was okay, but the medical assistants are really very unfriendly at the reception! I have never experienced anything like it. Very unfriendly, not very considerate and absolutely rude. I will avoid the clinic and advise everyone to go to another practice! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Had an appointment in orthopedics today After one and a half hours of waiting, I was shown unfriendly into the treatment room. Wait again. Then the doctor came and pointed out to me that it was getting late and that I should get down to business. I have problems with my right toe and my Parkinson's makes it difficult to walk as a whole. The doctor was harsh only on the toe and said it had to be operated on. There would be no time to discuss the topic holistically and you would be an economically oriented service company and I would be in the wrong place for my special requests. Then he just left. I think he just wanted to go to lunch after I didn't immediately agree to the operation. You couldn't make quick money there. I believe his name was Dr. Müller. I have never experienced such a treatment in my 72 years.

The op appointments are badly organized, the times on the slip no longer apply, the answering machine calls the new times after 3 hours of telephony and anesthesia. In the late afternoon, I needed an appointment, but the woman could not have a factual conversation with me I was rude and slammed down the phone. I was appalled by the insolence in dealing with patients, I am not her doormat for Monday or in a bad mood and such a woman has my landline number. I should have brought that to Dräger at the reception that would have been my last day. Not exactly conducive to a basis of trust. The op is not necessarily the second opinion of a colleague, I am very happy☺
