The only highlight of the day of rehab during Corona time should be the food ... That was the worst of all! Didn't come close to the recommended diet for breast cancer ... What a shame ... The room and application were okay, you just somehow got through the poor program

Very unfriendly and uneducated staff. The menu should be rethought. At the physio I was told that the rehab had practically nothing. The patient is not looked after on a regular basis. One had the impression that the sisters were permanently annoyed, although one asked a perfectly normal question. Most of it was chaotic. In the end, the Alpha Team didn't drive me home even though it was agreed (some stupid excuse). This place deserves minus five stars.

Organization is the horror here. Some staff are quite ok, but most of them are unfriendly, incompetent and out of place (e.g. Frau Doktor Finke). Targeted rehab is something completely different than here. Instead of treating my ankles and shoulders, despite multiple references, I have been treated for my knees and spine. The food was just catastrophic, especially the breakfast and dinner are without any variety and effort. Corona is used here to make massive savings at the patient's expense. I hadn't found fresh rolls or bread in 3 weeks. Some of the water dispensers are free and accessible to everyone, but the good juice machines are blocked and instead you put carafes at the buffet, which everyone can tackle. A sensible corona hygiene concept is missing anyway, most of the doctors and staff have not even been tested when asked. Some rooms are cleaned 2 to 3 times a week, some daily. The technical facilities are out of date and partly not functional. Telephone was as good as not at all, not even internally. TV only standard programs and not all of them work. Last but not least, the final report of the discharge papers is a fake and a lie (Thank you, Ms. Finke). Anyone who really needs help for their injuries is in EACH CASE better off somewhere else. Ms. Marion Horn, Mr. Stefan Lange, Ms. Anne Ohm and Ms. Ina Rieken should be mentioned in praise for their work and efforts. My room was spacious and relatively clean, but some of the furniture was a bit worn.

A good place to relax! Both medical and food technology! The staff is friendly and competent. Only if you have recently had a thrombosis are you not allowed to go to the spa. I did not know that! There is an internal regulation here in the clinic. Otherwise all treatments were very good!

I was in the clinic for an endometriosis AHB for 4 weeks. Dr. Buitkamp is a very competent, sensitive and extremely friendly doctor, whom I can only wholeheartedly recommend for this clinical picture. (Unfortunately, I have not heard such good feedback from the other doctors regarding this clinical picture.) I found the treatments and therapies to be very well tailored and helpful to the disease and all of its problems. The therapists were very friendly towards me and were very competent. It was treated holistically and acute pain situations were dealt with immediately. The group therapies (small groups due to Corona) were a lot of fun and brought me a lot. Unfortunately, I found the food not so well suited to the specifics of endometriosis, so I often felt worse after eating. The short meal times of 30 minutes (due to Corona) also made for a gob, which also had a negative effect on my well-being after eating. Some of the rooms were quite modern and newly renovated and some of them were still outdated, but definitely adequate. I had a good, relaxing time there and would go to this clinic again at any time.
