A few days ago I was allowed to be a patient at the Helios Agnes Karll Hospital and was very satisfied. From the preliminary talk and the corona test to the operation, everything went smoothly. The assistants and doctors are all very competent and respond to the wishes of their clients. A polite and careful handling is also to be found. I recommend it to anyone!:)

Had an outpatient operation today. From yesterday's preliminary talk about today's gentle corona test, the friendly and very helpful nurses, I was super satisfied. Small drawback is the hustle and bustle that the staff is exposed to.

In cooperation with TUI Cruises we were allowed to do our COVID 19 test here. A nice, clean clinic with very friendly staff. I felt in good hands. thank you

As a relative of a palliative patient, I submit the assessment purely for the palliative ward, as no other information can be given. During the first visit to the palliative care unit, I was very impressed by the loving care of the nurses with the patient. Even as a relative you were cared for lovingly at all times. The needs were dealt with at all times, be it something to drink, a short conversation, etc. As far as I can tell, the rooms in the palliative care unit are modern single rooms with beautiful furnishings. The only negative thing about the room where the family member lay was that there was an apartment building across from where the room could be viewed and there was no privacy film on the window panes. A very important point during this time with Covid-19 is that despite the general ban on visiting the clinic, the palliative care unit could be visited. That was an important aspect for us family members when choosing a hospital. All around, the patients and relatives were given great care in every situation. We all felt very comfortable in the palliative care ward of the Agnes Karll Hospital. Many thanks again to all the nurses and doctors in the ward

I am still shocked, since no accompaniment is allowed, you stand there all alone to set up your closet shortly before the operation, and get changed and prepare then I was almost shaved off the skin to remove my hair. Then off to the operating room to lie in the anesthetic area for a good half hour for free. I'm so shocked after eleven operations. And I'm just glad that they more or less missed the house. Because the Corona test should have been positive quickly. Where a few days before the test was negative and I didn't meet anyone until the operation except the nurse in the hospital. But I'm glad I survived ..
