Well one is treated after all, what is not always self-evident these days, the sequence is due to the urgency of care, the sisters, nurses and doctors (m / w) so nothing to that they are so understaffed. But seriously, would it hurt to show a little more friendliness in dealing with the patients? We are in pain and fear and no one is there to annoy the staff.
