I've been coming for many, many years and, like today, I am totally satisfied with the result. There is great jewelry for the small or large wallet. Here in the goldsmiths, the work is absolutely professional. Very nice employees just like the boss. I can only recommend the goldsmiths!

I came with a ring that was too big to see if it could be made smaller. As soon as I entered the shop, I had the feeling that I wasn't wanted. No greeting, no “I'll be there for you in a moment” or the like. The advice was taciturn and unfriendly and condescending comments were made about the piece of jewelry (probably because it was not bought there). The price suggested to me for downsizing the ring was 3 times what another goldsmith told me. If I read through the other reviews, I must have missed an extremely bad day. Or you only serve customers courteously who look like money. Who knows.

My experience with this goldsmith has been very positive! Customer requests and questions are answered in a friendly and professional manner. You get good advice. I recommend this goldsmith to others.

We came to Team Lachmann in search of individually made wedding rings for our silver wedding. At the recommendation of friends, we spontaneously went to Lachmanns Goldschmiede, where the super friendly Ms. Evers-Knoop gave us incredibly competent and friendly advice for 1 hour. It was clear to us that we want our rings here! We felt completely at ease and left the shop 100% satisfied. After we were informed by phone that our rings were ready, we of course picked them up directly. When we were there, my husband and I were allowed to choose a stone in the shape of a heart. And as if that wasn't enough, we even got a gift card with lovely words and pictures that showed how our rings were made. After a year we are still 1000% satisfied and recommend it to everyone!
