Trauring-Zentrum Lübeck

I din’t like this store, cause they don’t have post-purchase service. We ordered there wedding band for 650€, which turned out to be bigger to me. It completely doesn’t fits to 4th finger, but for 3th. And we kindly asked them if it is possible now to change the size, but they said it costs more than 100€ for me, because of stones! So wedding mood is totally destroyed now, and I would have just chose other store, cause all others I know have much better customer service.

The rings are very nice and were as ordered. The advice was good so far. However, it was only pointed out in the small print that a subsequent change can only be made free of charge for rings without stones. This was not expressly mentioned in the conversation itself. It just said "A subsequent change is possible ..". I don't know that from any jeweler. Unfortunately, the cost should be around € 100 because the ring has to be sent in. I would like to see better customer service here. The size change was carried out by the Mahlberg jeweler in Lübeck without an appointment for € 35 within three days.

I absolutely cannot share the negative reviews regarding customer focus. Six years ago I was given absolutely competent advice and all the advantages and disadvantages of alloys, shapes, settings and stone grades were explained to me. A few months after the engagement ring, I was back in the wedding ring center with my current wife and it was the same, great and humane advice. Both counselors I dealt with took a lot of time and showed a lot of patience and humor. When asked about the expert opinion, they did not evade, but actually gave a knowledgeable opinion that took into account personal circumstances, budget, preferences and feasibility. What I liked most, however, was that Mr. C gave us suggestions and tips from the conversation. So it came about that my wife got one more stone in the ring every wedding day. (Of course only with "good leadership"). Of course, also with the note that the ring must then be sent in and that this is associated with costs. And this year it will happen again.

Beautiful shop with simply very personable saleswomen! Very helpful, very willing to talk and for whom without any idea, happy to explain. Always my pleasure !
