Everything sparkles and glitters. Business impressed. The saleswoman unfortunately failed to inform about the purity, color etc. of my new diamond, which my future husband gave me as a present. I used the prices as a guideline. - Pity -

I don't want to deny anyone's expertise, but unfortunately the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. I was there twice within a short time and both times I was not served in a friendly or courteous manner. There wasn't even a "good morning" ... What a shame.

I was looking for a present for my husband ... I didn't know in the least what I wanted. I was sorry for the saleswoman .. the saleswoman was so funny that she even asked for a photo & then put the right watches for my one on me. I can only say thank you. my man was thrilled at home

Today at Christ I got excellent customer service in a very relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks to the competent and friendly staff who helped me quickly. I can warmly recommend Christ in Lübeck

I am very disappointed with the jeweler. My husband wanted to give me a nice ring for my birthday. This ring was quickly found and commissioned, and so the problems began. The first ring disappeared in a strange way, via the parcel service, there was neither a call from Christ the Jeweler nor any response. I phoned days afterwards. Left my customer data and nothing on the AB. My husband then decided to present himself there personally. An hour of great commotion where the ring should have remained (the loss had not even been noticed in the branch up to this point). Then they apologized 100 times and a new ring was needed. It was newly ordered from another branch and it was promised to get in touch immediately and the ring would be there at a certain time, then it will be processed and personally delivered (because of the inconvenience). Well, what should I write, the 1 star rating shows that this didn't work either. The end of the song was, almost two weeks later, we both turned up there in person because of course NOTHING worked over the phone. They looked for the ring again and found that it is not there yet. And that after the first thing and 1000 promises. I canceled the ring and got the money back. Yeah right, the ring was already paid for. This is how jeweler Christ deals with goods paid for by customers. And I have not received my promised "compensation" to this day. Maybe it's also because I found a completely different, great goldsmith in Stockelsdorf. Not more expensive than Christian and it is manual work. I will never shop at Christ Jeweler again. PS. Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other Google reviews, the negative ones of course. The staff chats privately, which you have the feeling to bother you. And there is no feedback, no matter how often you call where. I even tried the hotline because there was no direct line through the branch. But this is definitely ONLY an exception and a chain of unfortunate coincidences. This is my little personal experience and I hope I can save someone in the future ;-))
