Ich war mit der Dienstleistung vom Rechtsanwalt Herr Winter mehr als zufrieden. Ich wurde hervorragend Beraten, er wirkte zu jeder Zeit interessiert an meinem Fall, zu dem ging Herr Winter auch auf Vorschläge meinerseits ein. Ich bin froh das ich mich doch entschieden habe mir einen Anwalt zu nehmen, denn Herr Winter hat mit seiner Professionalität überzeugt und mich nicht einfach Routinemäßig abgefertigt. Unfortunately absolutely not recommended! Repeatedly, Mr. Winter not only does not agree to agreements, but even makes several concessions to the opposing lawyer, which we as clients had clearly excluded in writing beforehand! In the end we unfortunately even had to go so far as to completely prevent Mr Winter's independent communication with the opposing side. Instead, we had to insist that only letters that we drafted / formulated ourselves should be forwarded to the opposing side, as unfortunately it had been shown that we could not trust "our" lawyer to act in our favor. I cannot say whether this was due to inability or simply to a lack of interest, but the result said that the case dragged on much longer and ended up much more expensive for us than if we consulted a more competent / interested lawyer from the beginning , or even conducted the negotiations themselves.

We were very satisfied with the advice given by Mr. Winter, the lawyer. Competent, committed and with a lot of understanding for a difficult inheritance situation.

When you visit a lawyer, you are usually in a conflict situation. Then finding the right lawyer is often Luck. I had that luck! Mr. Winter is competent, motivated and friendly. - He is fact-oriented and avoids unnecessary costs. I have never had the impression that he is superficial, or only routinely works something out. At any time I would recommend him and consult him again.
