Extremely large selection

One of the nicest libraries I know. An old, venerable building right in the old town. There is a very large selection, the library is very child-friendly, so the visit was very pleasant. There is also a pleasantly calm atmosphere.

Well-stocked media loan. Hygiene concept i. O. Online pre-order and extension of the loan period is good. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Huge range of non-fiction and specialist books as well as fiction. Very current.

Good specialist staff. A nice collection of historical books unfortunately not intended for loan only for scientists, doctors etc. to view. Very detailed children's / youth section. Great.

Very nice old library in Lübeck, smells like history! Part of my years in the 90s;)
