I've been trying to contact the city administration for 1.5 hours, but it is always busy. I can now sing along to the music on hold. Question: Don't they feel like answering the phone, or is there really so much on the phone? If that's the case, how about a little more staff?

The registration office is simply a disaster. I've been trying to reach you for more than a month. i call at least 20 times every day. either has or no answer.
