I didn't have an appointment and was there on Monday morning at 7:50 am, already 14 people in line in front of me. Despite the long queue, I was finished with everything within 1 hour: waiting, registering my car and having my license plate stamped. I was really excited how quickly it all went, all employees were nice and despite Corona and without an appointment everything went without problems.

Fortunately, online appointments were possible at short notice. Registration of a new EU car was easy, but takes a little longer than with "normal" vehicles. The employees were all very friendly. Can not understand the many negative reviews at the moment!

With an appointment, friendly corona guard, fast, competent and friendly employee, great, problem-free, that's how you want it!

Everything went very quickly. Online appointment was made, kept on time, and served by a knowledgeable, friendly employee and after 15 min. all done. Many thanks for everything.
