A really practical service. Now you no longer have to wait for hours and can use the time for beautiful things. Very friendly and fast service. Top. Again and again.

Appointment for handing over documents agreed by phone, taken vacation for the period, drove to Lübeck and found no one. Then no one could be reached by phone. Better to keep your hands off this service provider.

Communication does not exist. Admission unprocessed after 4 !!!!!!!!! Days given back. This alleged service provider is anything but a service provider ... more of a service refuser! Smooth 6 !!! Never again ... please keep your distance!

Approval for Hamburg submitted with the promise to get it back the next day. Unfortunately that didn't work out, instead I was put off from day to day until this admission service could no longer be reached at all. The cell phone was switched off, no one answered the phone via the landline and there was no response to e-mail. Everything is ignored !!!! and one is left standing. It was only when we drove there that we were - forced to speak - spoken to. Ultimately, after days, I finally got my license back. Very, very bad service and no communication. Promises are made by this approval service that are not kept!

It worked wonderfully. documents were picked up and approved on the same day and then brought back to me. Always my pleasure!
