So there is one star for making the pizza tasty, but that was the only one today. Because what we experienced today really topped everything. We ordered our pizzas quite early (around 5.30 p.m.) so that we wouldn't have to wait so long. After waiting patiently for 2 hours (about 7.30 p.m.), we called to ask how long it would take. It turned out that they forgot to print out our invoice, which is why our order was not processed any further. The young man on the phone apologized dutifully and promised us to print out the invoice immediately and that our order would be there in about 45 minutes (so probably 8.15 p.m.). After waiting longer than promised again, we called again around 8:55 p.m. When we asked again, a young woman informed us, embarrassed, that our invoice had not (still) been printed and our order had still not been processed. We were then promised that our pizza would be there in half an hour at the latest. Even if at least that worked in the end, even a soft drink and an ice cream, which were delivered to us for free, don't tear that out. We waited almost 4 hours for our pizzas, when one was almost hungry.
