We have had our garden in Senator Possehl Park since May 2020, the chairman is very nice. Only our leaseholders did not tell us everything about the garden, only that the roof was redone because it had a hole. When asked if the house is moldy (have 3 small children), she said no, because of the smell.
I then promptly tore down the paneling because of the smell, the whole roof structure was moldy, glass wool soaking wet. The roof was only patched from the outside but nothing inside. Since then we have had costs in the four-digit range for disposal. Even metal scrap of over 750 kilos that was distributed on the property.
Most of the motorized devices included in the purchase price were broken.
Almost always had given up but the will is still there. After the roof structure had been replaced it slowly went uphill again, even here in winter I'm in the garden almost every day. Always something to do.

There are really nice gardens and the prices are okay if you are often there in summer
Unfortunately not very recommendable. Most of the gardens are overgrown. In the gardens dilapidated arbors and everywhere lies bulky waste.
