Unfortunately, I also had negative experiences with the staff in the past. An acquaintance who does not speak the German language, and me, were thrown crooked looks because I was accompanying them to serve as a translator. Unfortunately, some of our questions were also answered with a condescending voice. We weren't even looked at ..! This does not have to be and I sincerely wish that those responsible will do something about it and not stop at an "excuse". We are a colorful people (especially in Kücknitz) and you HAVE to accept that, even if you may have a different opinion. Nevertheless good luck and good health 👍🏾
