OK, opening times are still not correct. Advice is not really a hit and card payments only start at € 10 despite the expensive prices. If you have the choice, go somewhere else.

We had a really negative experience there today. It started with not paying attention to customers wearing masks. Very strange when it is important to the pharmacy that everyone stays healthy, as it is at the counter. Then we were sold a disposable mask that was huge and didn't fit at all (and I often wear masks like that). Then the bracket did not hold at all, so that the mask could not be worn. So straight back to the pharmacy, but the saleswoman only said that the masks were all like that, so she couldn't give us a better one and she couldn't take the mask back, because it was worn. Super funny way of disregarding the fact that you've sold something that the customer can't use at all. Thank you very much. Broken mask went straight to the trash and so did the money.

Today I bought 2 pieces FFP2 masks at a price of 6.95 € each, so a total of almost 14 €. Meanwhile, my girlfriend was in the penguin pharmacy on Königstr. and got the exactly identical masks for 2.74 € / piece (as I only found out afterwards). That is a huge cheek and the price difference is WUCHER!

Unfortunately not all products are available. Unfortunately, not everyone here is always friendly.

Absolute rip-off with just under € 7 for a mask!
