I highly recommend this pharmacy. Almost all employees are always very friendly and helpful. My questions were always answered in detail. Pre-ordering prescriptions by phone also worked very well. The orders always arrived very quickly, so I received them quickly the next day.

Just usury. This pharmacy charges 45 € for a box with one surgical mask. At the pharmacy on Schönbökener Straße I have now paid € 16 for the same box. Please do not support this usury! A pharmacy is supposed to supply the citizens with medical products without enriching itself with the end customer.

Unfortunately, friendliness alone does not help! Despite a previous call to get to this pharmacy within an hour, I was only informed at the pharmacy that the product was not available ?! I do not understand, no number of people inside the pharmacy, it was necessary to wait. The people stood as they came. To be informed then - there is no- Vlt. Think about whether, in these times of the pandemic, people are also exposed to an UNNECESSARY risk! # could help. Racism in the pharmacy? Actually, as a customer I was always satisfied with the services of the pharmacy. On my last visit, however, the PTA got a pharmacist to help. To my own horror, the pharmacist looked me up and down and said in a very loud tone to me. "Do you speak German at all?" - When I asked her how she came to believe that I would not speak German, she replied: "For people like you ... you did not speak directly". Surprised by the fact that I was rudely disguised because of my skin color, I acquired the drug in the PTA with my accent-free German (because I speak no other language ...). In retrospect, I should have left the place immediately because of the pharmacist. Thank you. Never again. I prefer to drive to the nearest pharmacy.
