It is not possible to cancel a Monday appointment the requested 24 hours in advance, but canceled the appointment immediately on Monday at 8:00 am because my son was sick. (2x) We always got a very inappropriate appointment for him, which we always had to end 10 minutes in advance to get the bus to my daughter's daycare. Ms. Reinke unfortunately got used to the fact that she started the appointment again and again 5-7 minutes later, so that there was even less time for my son. When I asked her if it would be possible to start at least in time, Ms. Reinke would be very verbal. I would not have to tell her how to do her job, some customers now take longer than others. (This made me feel like I was a 2nd class customer with my son) And she said that she would charge me for the two canceled appointments because I am so cheeky to her. Then I looked for another child physiotherapist. Oh yes, the bill actually came ...

Although I do not know how the lady hot we are currently being treated😂, but this is so nice! And especially our daughter likes it which is the most important. At the reception the lady could be a little nicer.
