To date, the staff has always been friendly and great. Now my friend was treated very rudely and rudely by the new older employee or tenant with a Slavic accent when exchanging goods. In retrospect he even looked angry and threatening because I briefly criticized him. The previous staff has always been super nice and courteous to this day, but this employee does not work at all. With such staff, you lose your regular customers very quickly.

The shell is expensive, you know, but so expensive I have the last time at the Harstrang on the A44 refueling. So just a short 10 liters fueled and fully refueled at the home tank :) What shocked me but extremely was that I should pay for air pressure 1 euro. No, thank you, I'm not going to drive anymore.

Very nice staff. Very friendly gas station attendant. At the moment almost 2 cents cheaper. Or even to 12 cents (evenings before the prices are attracted here) cheaper than the gas station on Hellweg. Gladly again.

Very bad night switch, you have to hear the horns often until the employee appears. After 10 min. Wait and call often, someone has let themselves look.

Today there was the action "premium refueling" - standard pay. At the gas pumps hung this info, without stating that this is only valid until 18:00 clock. At 20:00 o'clock Premium was fueled, since the notes with the offer information still hung. At the cash register there was the surprise that I have to pay the full price. The cashier: "We are sorry, we have failed to specify the time and to take the notes from 18:00". A great scam to sell the expensive fuel ... I do not want to call that rip-off, but hardly surpass the unprofessionality of the staff.
