I bought Puma's running shoes here a month ago and over time there are several holes in the shoe insert that have sunk down. I brought my shoes back there and wanted to make a complaint, but an employee tried to blame me. For them, these mistakes are so incredible to happen. I no longer have the receipt and therefore do not expect to be able to exchange my shoes. But I am disappointed that the shoes broke so quickly (65 € and broke after a month! That never happened to me) and how the employee and her colleague treated the situation. I then looked on the internet and found that holes in the shoe insert are normal if you print too much on them (I run 10km every day). I couldn't tell her this act because I didn't know and German wasn't my mother tongue either. But it is expected, as a manager, to know these mistakes so that he can deal with this situation. Never again in Deichmann Lübeck and would not recommend it :)

I had a very nice female waitress. The store is well organized and inviting.

Good selection of cheap and also branded shoes. I can not give any information about the sale because I looked around alone. The cashier was very friendly.
