Very unfriendly staff. The branch manager is particularly disrespectful - provocative and cheeky! No customer service and an outdated shop space. I would advise every customer not to buy here, since deception is used to talk you out of the 2 year warranty if there is a defect in the goods! The problem is then sought with the customer! I will never set foot in this shop again. Unfortunately no 0 star rating is possible, it would be deserved!

I saw a young, well-groomed woman have to open her suitcase. Apparently their theft was assumed, a cheek! It was also very uncomfortable for me as a bystander, how customers are dealt with.

I was a regular customer and always bought very good shoes in this shop in Lübeck. Today, instead of offering his help, the seller completely disrespectfully forced me to open my suitcase, which is an absolute "no go". So from now on I would advise everyone not to go there.

Best shoe store! Not least because of the competent advice from Mrs. Behr :) So I come back every year and find the perfect shoes for me - although I do not always have the largest selection with shoe size 36! But here I will always find 👍🏼
