I would like to thank you again for the great service. Got a jacket for my wife Bought for Christmas and unfortunately it was a bit too small then wrote an email whether it would be possible to exchange the jacket despite lockdown and promptly I received an email where we made an appointment and I could exchange the jacket. My wife is happy and I am very satisfied with the service. I can only hope that the crisis doesn't destroy our beautiful city and I hope so there are more people who do not leave our beautiful Hanseatic city to corona or online trading. And thank the team again
