Actually a good store. Still, it smells of smoke. I thought it was fresh smoke but when I bought high quality children's shoes there I noticed at home that they smell strongly of smoke. Since I didn't want to put on my daughter's shoes, I tried to bring them back. The employee / owner was very angry that he would be accused of smelling like smoke. Didn't take the shoe back, of course! He smelled it and it wouldn't smell of smoke. However, if the whole shop smells of it, you won't notice it ....... No idea what's going on with their noses. Too bad for him! They are expensive and high quality shoes. I personally will no longer buy shoes there. There are enough shoe stores to choose from that offer the same brands. Nevertheless, I am enthusiastic about the manufacturer himself (pepino ricosta) because these are fabulous, nice and very important, COMPETENT employees! That I no longer have to deal with the senseless shoe store itself.

Today I wanted to bring back defective goods in the shoe store. Regrettably, it had only occurred to me at home that the shoes were in poor condition. When I came back to the store and asked the owner to take the shoes back, he just shouted at me and said it was a joke that I claim the shoes had been flawed before. He said he could find no shortage and reduced commodity he would not take one way or the other, I should kindly pay attention to what I buy, he also said it was a joke to expect that some kind of exchange would take place here. One thing was for me. In the future, I will pay more attention to where and what I buy for shoes, which is by no means more in this store. In summary, unfriendly treatment and damaged goods await you in this business at very expensive prices.
