The staff are friendly and explain a lot about the pros and cons before you have treatment. All questions that I had were also answered. I got an appointment very quickly. The shop is very bright and tidy, modern and clean. There are customer parking spaces as far as I don't know, but that's often the case in Lübeck 😂

It was a nice experience. The advisor was very nice and patient, although I didn't speak good German, I would just recommend everyone.

First consultation very extensive. I then made the first appointment to use the offer in December skin analysis and deep cleansing for 69 € (I mean I was even told 65 €, but I might be wrong there). I can not prove anything because you do not receive any documents. Why more about this in the text below. Unfortunately, there was no possibility for a joint appointment analysis with subsequent cleaning (as is usually done otherwise). So first appointment analysis, duration about 45 minutes. When I was supposed to pay, I was amazed for the first time. € 29. Well paid and I thought I would pay less when cleaning later. 2nd appointment then the treatment should last 45 minutes. It started 10 minutes later. Basically no problem if the treatment would have taken 45 minutes. No, the employee obviously only had her end of the day in view. I was ready on time 2 minutes before 6 p.m. So paid for 45 minutes and received only 35 minutes. Now it was time to pay. Now less. A full 69 € was deducted from me. There was nothing to be heard from the alleged special offer. The next treatment would then be for € 48. Altogether 29 and 48 are still not 69 .... and I remember the price so well, because it got strange during the consultation that everything should cost 69 (or only 65?) And I extra because of that I asked. Yes, that would be so wanted so that the customer does not have to remember so many different prices. The result was no better either. Supposedly, after cleaning with the subsequently infiltrated moisture, my skin should be clean and full. The opposite was the case. It was totally tense. At first I thought that it came from mechanical stress. Unfortunately it takes a whole 2.5 days for my skin to be back in balance. In addition, the next day I had 2 big pimples on my face. When removing the pimples there was a solid graft on both. When everything is clean, I wonder where the graft came from. The surrounding pores also released excess sebum. So it couldn't have been so great with deep cleaning. Conclusion: I feel totally ripped off. Never again.
